The rooms here are spotless and really nice, plus most of them have a view of the harbor which is awesome! the staff is super friendly and they even provide a safe in the rooms for your valuables 🔒. It's good to know they prioritize safety here.

The location here is awesome - you've got nearby parking 🅿️ and you can easily stroll to the city center from here.

honestly no complaints whatsoever. traditional hotel with really helpful staff and great views of the harbor. plenty of options, good food. comfy bed in the double room, plus central heating and tv. spectacular and wonderful location in volendam, very close to holland, the outskirts of the town, and delft, a beautiful medieval town in holland. also, to everything you 'd want to do in the village.

The rooms at Hotel Cafe Restaurant Van Den Hogen are simply stunning! I stayed in one of the luxurious rooms and was blown away by the beautiful view of the IJsselmeer. It felt like waking up in paradise every morning. The color TV was a great addition, allowing me to relax and unwind after a long day of exploring. The shower and toilet in the room were also convenient and made my stay even more comfortable. As a guest who appreciates both luxury and convenience, this room was a dream come true!

While I loved everything about my stay, if I had to choose one thing I liked less, it would be the color TV. It's a matter of personal preference, but I prefer spending my time enjoying the breathtaking view and immersing myself in the charming atmosphere of the hotel.

Nothing, it was perfect.

We had a blast exploring Volendam, especially checking out the fishing boats and watching them do their thing. And let me tell you, the range of activities was on fleek. We went golfing and cycling like pros, and even enjoyed some epic nature walks. It was a young people's paradise!

The only thing we would have asked for is a better party scene. Don't get me wrong, the hotel was chill, but we were craving some late-night fun and a lively atmosphere.

I had a fantastic stay at a hotel with a breathtaking view of the harbor from my bedroom. The room was clean and cozy, and the breakfast at the restaurant downstairs was delicious. The location in the heart of Volendam was perfect, making it easy for me to explore the charming town and take a boat trip to the island of Marken. The old Dutch buildings in Marken and the windmills at the Zaanse Schans were must-see attractions. I highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful visit to Volendam.
